Pregnancy Facts and Eating Healthy

Eating healthy during your pregnancy is just as important as feeding your baby the right foods after birth. This video is a reality check to a New Orleans Mexican restaurant goers who find out many of them could be pregnant!
Just because you’re eating out doesn’t mean you can’t eat healthy. Choose foods high in nutrients when eating out, such as salads, fresh vegetables, and whole grain breads. Meat can be an important source of iron, especially if you choose the leaner varieties of meat such as poultry.
It’s also important to avoid excessive use of alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine for general health.
A little nutritional planning can mean the world to your baby’s health, and yours!

This is 1 way to spread news.
Good advice for anyone, really. Now…. I’m off to eat some leafy vegetables.
This is ignorant, and sexist. Many women do not want children, and choose not to be labeled as Pre-Pregnant Incubators by the state.
That’s just offensive.
How patronizing. I don’t suppose this stork also confronts groups of men smoking and drinking to warn them that they might be lowering their sperm count?
Wow, how incredibly rude. What about women who don’t want children and would abort, thus making those first weeks irrelevant, or infertile women, who this would just remind of what they can’t have? This is important information for women who NEED it, but this is just such a tactless way of spreading it.
Wow, unbelievably sexist and insulting.
